September 07 Affiliate Earnings

Its that time of the month again for a look back for the month’s progress. From our affiliate milestones post a few months ago, lets recap on September’s targets:

September 07 - Target USD300 - 200% increase from previous month
This month should see a substantial increase in revenue and we are going for doubling our last months total. Mainly I hope through the ArticleGOLD script but other stuff should start to kick in.

The main priority targets for this month are:
1. Launch a main affiliate project with proper foundation work for it.
2. Register affiliate earnings from at least 5 merchants.

So how did we do?

Total: - USD224.20 with 6 merchants

Missed the USD300 by 75 dollars which is disappointing but considering that development has been slow and I haven’t even had time to look into the affiliate project let alone launch it, the results are surprisingly good.

A lot has been learnt though during this month and the datafeed script has two projects out at the moment and waiting for results to come in. Next months target of USD450 really depends on the success of the feed script I feel and given that some tweaking is required, I have deep concerns about meeting the target - early days yet though.

AuctionAds is really confusing me with their reporting and I am starting to agree with the comments that their tracking and reporting is messed up. Let me stick with it a few more weeks and I’ll report on my findings.
