A Workplace That Travels With the Crew
We designed and built an internal platform for Citybus, one of Hong Kong's largest bus operators, whose people work far from any office. Bus captains, engineering crews, and administrative staff all needed a single, dependable place to manage their working day.
The intranet, together with its companion mobile app, gives every employee direct access to their rosters, duty records, and company news, whether they are at a depot, on a shift, or away from a desk. We built it to put the essentials of work within reach of the people who keep the city moving.
Everything the Day Requires, in One Place
We brought the core of working life at Citybus into a single, organised space. Staff can check upcoming shifts and assigned routes, review their duty hours, read the latest company notices, and manage leave, benefits, and payslips.
Each function sits within a clear and consistent structure, so the information people depend on is easy to locate and simple to act on. The platform holds a great deal, yet stays calm and uncluttered to use.

Most of the Citybus workforce is rarely at a computer, so the platform was built to work naturally in the hand.
Through the companion mobile app, crews can check a roster, confirm a duty record, or read an announcement wherever they happen to be. The experience carries across to smaller screens with the same clarity and ease, keeping the essentials of work accessible at any moment of the day.

We organised the platform around what staff turn to most: checking an upcoming shift, reviewing duty hours, reading a company notice, or submitting a leave request. Each of these sits within a clear and consistent structure, on the web and on the app alike, so the information people need is never far away.
The result supports the daily rhythm of a busy operation, helping a large and dispersed workforce stay organised and informed.
