Our strategy focused on building a clear, inviting digital entry point. We transformed a comprehensive network of academic guidelines into a structured, elegant experience that honors the university’s heritage while ensuring every visitor feels supported from their very first click.
Streamlining Diverse Educational Tracks
Prospective students arrive at HKU with a wide variety of international qualifications, distinct language backgrounds, and diverse academic goals. To support this broad audience, our team designed a highly responsive information architecture.
We replaced traditional, text-dense administrative charts with clean, comparative layout matrices. This allows applicants and their families to effortlessly filter prerequisites, explore specific program tracks, and view tuition structures clearly at a glance.
Adapting Admissions For Mobile
Admissions portals are heavily accessed on smartphones by students checking application updates on the go, while families often review detailed requirements on desktop screens.
We engineered a responsive frontend architecture that scales the entire website across different screen dimensions without losing information. This ensures that complex program filters, multi-tiered navigation menus, and critical calendar grids adapt perfectly to mobile viewports, delivering a smooth experience on any device.
